Membership & Support

How do I manage my membership?

A: The easiest way to manage your bill or update any information is to download the MyAptus App. You can update your billing information, view your membership package, make tennis court reservations and receive messages from the club. You can also manage your membership through our website under the “Membership” tab.

Does my membership apply to any club location I go to?

A: Many of our club memberships offer multiple club access. Contact member services to review your membership benefits.

How do I become a member?

A: You can become a member online by clicking here or stop by one of our locations to meet with a team member to learn more about our memberships and services. They can answer any of the questions you may have and help guide you to recommend the best membership fit based on your goals and needs.

How old do I have to be to get a membership?

A: Children ages 14-16 can become fitness members with a parent’s consent. Tennis memberships are available for all ages.

How do I cancel my membership?

A: We hate to see you go! You can call us, and a team member will assist in canceling or you can request a cancellation through our webpage under “Contact Us”, and you will be sent a cancellation email to fill out and return.

Does LifeSport Athletic Club have locker rooms and showers?

A: Absolutely! All our memberships include locker room access that include showers and towel service.

Will my membership automatically renew at the end of my term?

A: Yes- memberships will continue to renew until the member gives a written notice 30 days prior to the day they wish to cancel.

Can I bring a guest?

A: Many of our membership packages include a guest pass benefit. The member can bring up to one guest with each visit to the facility. The guest has access only to the fitness center, and the member must be present with the guest in order to enter. Our normal guest passes are $10 for the day.

Does LifeSport Athletic Club participate in Silver Sneakers program?

A: Yes- we are a proud participant of the Silver Sneakers program. This program provides insurance reimbursement for fitness club expenses. Contact your insurance provider today to see if you are eligible for this program!

Do I need to be a member to reserve a court?

A: To reserve a court you must be a member. We offer beginning and intermediate tennis programs that do not require memberships. Juniors do not have to be a member to be in the red ball, orange ball, or green ball academy. Once players reach our advanced high school programs, they will be asked to become a member.
